3. Bidder Qualification Requirements

Qualifications or Performance Required from Bidders:

1.Manufacturing Capability: The bidder must have the capability to produce the equipment specified in this tender. The bidder shall provide supply performance records of no less than 90 identical units from September 1, 2022, to the present, including copies of contracts or orders (stamped or signed by an authorized person to ensure authenticity).

2.After-Sales Service: The bidder must be able to provide effective after-sales service for the equipment specified in this tender (including the service provider’s name and contact information for Yandong).

3.New Equipment: The tendered equipment must be brand new. A "Letter of Commitment" must be provided.

4.Proprietary Technology: The tendered products must be based on the bidder’s own proprietary technology. If the products involve any related patents, the bidder must ensure that the tenderer is not liable for patent infringement identification or claims.

5.Bank Credit Certificate: A bank credit certificate issued by the bidder’s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date (original or copy, with the company seal if a copy).

6.Other Qualification Documents Required in the Tender Documents.
